Interim Treasurer - Frankfurt

Are you a Treasury expert ready to shape a world-class function in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment? We are looking for an Interim Treasurer to lead the European Treasury function for our Manufacturing Client based in Frankfurt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and modernize the Treasury function across Europe
• Build a world-class treasury department with strong governance, controls, and efficient processes
• Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose cash forecasting tool
• Oversee cash management including payments, loans, and credit control processes
• Design and implement robust FX and hedging strategies
• Lead and develop a team of four treasury professionals
• Serve as the primary liaison with banking partners
• Create and manage KPI dashboards for payments and receipts by entity
• Set up and manage a Letter of Credit (LOC) facility

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior Treasury leadership role
• Strong finance background (preferred over banking)
• Proven experience with treasury systems, forecasting tools, and hedging products
• Fluent in German with excellent English communication skills
