Role Overview
As a BI Consultant, you will work closely with different teams to understand their needs, design BI strategies, and implement solutions that drive performance improvement. Your expertise in BI tools, data analysis, data visualisation, and reporting will help clients gain valuable insights into their data, optimize business operations, and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and assess their BI needs.
Design, develop, and implement BI solutions using industry-standard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models.
Perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data validation and troubleshooting.
Provide training and support to clients on BI tools and data-driven decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with the latest BI technologies and industry best practices.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience as a BI Consultant or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in BI toolsets such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms.
Excellent experience in Data Visualisation
Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Desirable Skills
Manufacturing, Pharma or FMCG Industries experience a bonus.
ERP Transformation experience is a bonus too.
Knowledge of cloud BI solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus.
Previous experience in industry-specific BI solutions (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
