To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Karlsfeld.

• Your Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Support customers with shipment tracking, delivery issues, and general service requests
• Coordinate closely with operations teams, drivers, sorting centers, and partners
• Follow up on complaints, escalations, and lost or delayed shipments
• Ensure fast and professional communication with customers and business partners
• Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
• Support process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
• Act as an interface between customers and internal operational teams

Your Profile

• First experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Logistics is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented and service-minded personality
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good MS Office skills
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
• German skills are a strong plus
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or parcel delivery environments is an advantage
