Your Role
As Fleet Manager Europe (m/f/d), you will support the development and professionalization of our European fleet management activities.
You will work closely with procurement teams, country organizations, operations, and our international headquarters to ensure that vehicle specifications, procurement processes, asset management, and digital fleet solutions are aligned across Europe.
This position combines fleet management, vehicle procurement, technical vehicle expertise, project management, and digitalization.
- Your Responsibilities
- Drive the continuous optimization and development of vehicle technical specifications and configurations across Europe.
- Develop suitable configuration concepts for different vehicle types and energy solutions, including conventional and electric vehicles.
- Provide professional input and recommendations to support vehicle procurement decisions.
- Coordinate closely with Group and country procurement teams regarding vehicle purchasing, delivery, handover, and asset registration.
- Establish and continuously improve a standardized vehicle asset management framework across European operations.
- Ensure accurate and structured management of vehicle master data and fleet-related documentation.
- Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to support the implementation of major fleet projects and improvement initiatives.
- Promote the digitalization and systemization of fleet management, including fleet management systems, vehicle monitoring solutions, telematics, and data platforms.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities within current fleet management processes and develop practical solutions.
- Develop and support training concepts related to vehicle and fleet management, with a focus on strengthening professional vehicle knowledge within the organization.
- Act as an interface between European country organizations, Operations, Procurement, and international stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in fleet management, vehicle management, vehicle procurement, logistics fleet operations, or commercial vehicle management.
- Good technical understanding of vehicles, ideally including commercial vehicles, vans, trucks, or electric vehicles.
- Experience in vehicle procurement, fleet asset management, or fleet-related project management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with fleet management systems, telematics, monitoring tools, or vehicle data platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different countries and functions.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and structured working style.
- Comfortable working in an international and fast-growing environment.
- Fluent Polish, Chinese, and English are mandatory.
- German or other European languages are considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Europe when required.
