To strengthen our last-mile delivery network in Germany, we are looking for a proactive and analytical Network Planning Specialist (m/f/d) to optimize delivery operations, improve network efficiency and support our continued expansion from our Herrenberg location.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize our regional last-mile delivery network
- Coordinate with delivery partners (DSPs) and logistics providers
- Monitor delivery performance, capacity and operational KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, costs and service quality
- Support network expansion, route planning and partner onboarding
- Work closely with operations teams and regional management
Your Profile
- Fluent German and English are mandatory
- Chinese language skills are a strong advantage
- Valid Class B driving licence and existing valid work permit for Germany required
- Experience in logistics, parcel delivery or last-mile operations
- Experience with DSPs or delivery partners is a strong advantageStrong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Hands-on, independent and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work on-site in Herrenberg
