Join J&T Express as an HR Business Partner at our location in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz) and become a key part of our growing HR organization in Germany. In this role, you will work closely with the business and management, combining hands-on HR support with strategic partnership to help shape our organization as we continue to scale.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to management and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Partner closely with business leaders and advise managers on operational and strategic HR and people-related matters
• Collaborate with the Recruiting team to ensure efficient and seamless hiring processes
• Coordinate internal transfers and international employee mobility, including expat support, visa and work permit processes, relocation, onboarding, and related HR coordination
• Develop and continuously improve scalable HR processes, policies, and organizational structures to support J&T Express' expansion in Germany
• Work closely with the Legal team on employment law and employee relations matters
• Support performance management, employee development, change management, and organizational development initiatives
• Analyze relevant HR metrics and translate insights into appropriate improvement measures
• Act as a key communication interface between German and international teams, particularly our Asian teams
• Support employees and managers in navigating HR processes and ensure effective cross-functional coordination

Your Profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a comparable HR role
• Experience in a fast-growing business environment, such as logistics, e-commerce, a start-up, or scale-up, is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German employment law
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication and advisory skills
• Ability to build trusted and professional relationships across different levels of the organization
• Confidence in handling both operational HR matters and strategic business requirements
• High level of ownership, reliability, and a strong implementation mindset
• Business fluent Mandarin and German are absolute must-have requirements for this position; English is a plus
