We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Specialist – Mandarin Speaking (m/f/d) to take ownership of key HR operations – from recruitment, onboarding and employee administration to attendance management, HR reporting and employee support – while helping us build, standardize and further develop our HR processes in Germany.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Handle employee records, HR documentation, contracts and personnel data
- Manage attendance, working time, absences and shift-related HR processes
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviews, hiring and onboarding
- Act as a key HR contact for employees and managers
- Prepare HR reports, workforce data and relevant KPIs
- Improve and standardize HR processes as our German organization grows
- Support communication between Mandarin-, German- and English-speaking stakeholders
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Several years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in HR Operations, HR Administration or an HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and German HR practices
- Experience in recruitment, employee administration and attendance/time management
- Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Fluent Mandarin, strong English and German (B2+) are required
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
