Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, supervisors and management at the Karlsfeld location.
• Manage daily HR operations and provide hands‑on support across all HR‑related matters.
• Handle the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment contracts, personnel changes, employee documentation and offboarding.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and communication with hiring managers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and HR documentation.
• Coordinate time and attendance records, absence management, leave requests and payroll‑related information.
• Support payroll preparation in close cooperation with the central HR and payroll teams.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, internal procedures and employment‑related matters.
• Support compliance with German labor law, employment regulations and internal company policies.
• Facilitate effective communication between local operations, Chinese‑speaking management and the HR headquarters in Nieder‑Olm.
• Work closely with the Regional Manager on workforce planning, employee relations and organizational development.
• Collaborate with the central HR team to ensure consistent HR processes, reporting standards and company policies across all locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve local HR workflows and contribute to the ongoing development of HR structures in Germany.

Your Profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field, or a comparable professional qualification.
• Previous experience in HR administration, HR operations, HR generalist functions or a similar position.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
• Good command of either English or German is required. Knowledge of both languages is an advantage.
• Knowledge of German labor law and local HR administration processes is preferred.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, e‑commerce or other operational environments is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple HR tasks independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with employees and management.
• A proactive, hands‑on and solution‑oriented working style.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work fully on‑site in Karlsfeld.
