As we continue to expand our network in Germany and across Europe, we are looking for a motivated Management Trainee – Network Planning (m/f/d) to join our team in Karlsfeld near Munich.
This role is ideal for graduates or young professionals who want to build a long-term career in logistics, network planning, and e-commerce operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the planning and optimization of logistics and transportation networks
- Analyze operational data, shipment volumes, routes, and network performance
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, capacity, and service quality
- Support network planning projects related to the growth of J&T Express in Germany
- Work closely with Operations, Transportation, Warehousing, and other internal departments
- Support the development and implementation of new logistics processes and operational concepts
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management
- Monitor key performance indicators and support performance improvement initiatives
- Gain hands-on experience across different areas of network operations and logistics management
- Participate in cross-functional and international projects
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a comparable field
- Strong interest in logistics, network planning, and e-commerce operations
- First practical experience through internships, working student positions, or previous employment in logistics, transportation, parcel delivery, or e-commerce is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of data and confidence working with Excel and other analytical tools
- Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and international environment
- Very good English and mandarin skills
- German skills are an advantage
