Join J&T Express as a Compliance Officer and play an important role in developing and strengthening our European compliance management framework. You will work closely with business departments and international stakeholders to identify compliance risks, ensure regulatory alignment, and support the implementation of effective compliance policies and procedures across our European operations. The position is based at our German headquarters in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz and Frankfurt) and is 100% on-site.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing and improving the company's European compliance management system.
- Track changes in laws and regulations of the European Union and various European countries, and assist in conducting compliance research and its implementation.
- Based on the professional field, participate in relevant work such as corporate governance, ESG, supply chain compliance, anti-corruption compliance, and Anti-Trust compliance.
- Assist in formulating and updating the company's compliance policies, procedures and internal management systems.
- Conduct compliance risk identification, assessment and rectification tracking.
- Assist in conducting Compliance Training, internal audits and regulatory inspection response.
- Maintain communication with business departments and external consultants to promote the implementation of various compliance projects.
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of local compliance work experience in Europe
- English as working language (mandatory)
