HR Business Partner (m/f/d) Mandarin Speaker in Nieder-Olm

J&T Express is an international logistics and express delivery company with a rapidly expanding network across Europe. We specialize in efficient parcel delivery, last-mile logistics, and innovative supply chain solutions.

To strengthen our HR team in Germany, we are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with Mandarin language skills to join our headquarters in Nieder-Olm.

In this role, you will act as a trusted HR partner to our business leaders and employees, supporting daily HR operations while contributing to the development of effective people processes in a dynamic, international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the main HR contact for managers and employees, providing professional advice on a wide range of HR-related matters.
• Partner closely with business leaders to understand organizational needs and implement effective HR solutions.
• Manage and support the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee development, performance management, and offboarding.
• Provide guidance on German labor law, employment regulations, internal policies, and HR best practices.
• Support employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in close cooperation with management.
• Coordinate HR administrative processes, employment contracts, personnel documentation, and HR system updates.
• Collaborate with payroll providers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee-related information.
• Support workforce planning, organizational development, and employee retention initiatives.
• Work closely with recruitment teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Facilitate effective communication between German teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders at regional and international levels.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Prepare HR reports, monitor relevant HR KPIs, and provide recommendations to management.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a comparable HR role.
• Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR practices is essential.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, e-commerce, or another fast-paced operational environment is highly desirable.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are required.
• Good Mandarin Chinese language skills are required to communicate effectively with international colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience in employee relations, HR operations, and advising managers on personnel matters.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and organizational levels.
• A structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability when handling confidential employee information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic business environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR management systems.
