As we continue to expand in Germany, we're looking for a motivated IT & Network Support Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our local IT team.
In this role, you'll take ownership of day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot network issues, and help maintain the infrastructure behind our growing logistics operations. You'll work closely with local colleagues, international Group IT teams, and external service providers.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on IT support across offices, warehouses, and operational sites, including PCs, printers, PDAs, and user accounts.
- Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections.
- Manage IT incidents and service requests, ensuring efficient troubleshooting, documentation, and resolution.
- Support IT onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and access management.
- Assist with server room operations, IT asset management, system monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Collaborate with international IT teams and external partners to ensure reliable IT operations.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent Mandarin and business-fluent English or German (required).
- Ideally 1-3 years of experience in IT support, network operations, or system administration. Graduates with relevant practical experience are also welcome.
- Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft 365.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Familiarity with Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Fortinet, or similar network technologies.
- Experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, or IT asset management is a plus.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset and strong troubleshooting skills.
