Join J&T Express as a Compliance Officer and play an important role in developing and strengthening our European compliance management framework. You will work closely with business departments and international stakeholders to identify compliance risks, ensure regulatory alignment, and support the implementation of effective compliance policies and procedures across our European operations. The position is based at our German headquarters in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz and Frankfurt) and is 100% on-site.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for compliance related to labor employment in Europe, and support the company's employment management in various European countries.
- Track changes in labor laws and regulations of the European Union and various European countries, and promote their internal implementation.
- Assist in formulating and improving the systems, procedures and compliance management mechanisms related to labor employment.
- Provide compliance support regarding labor law and employee relations for HR and business departments.
- Participate in the compliance review of employment contracts, employee handbooks, internal policies and other documents in various European countries.
- Assist in handling labor disputes, employee complaints and regulatory inspections.
- Support labor compliance management involving third‑party employment, DSP, BPO, flexible employment and other modes.
- Carry out labor compliance training and risk assessment work.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in local labor and employment affairs in Europe
- English as working language (mandatory)
