Join J&T Express as a Management Trainee and become part of our growing team in Germany. Depending on your background, strengths, and interests, you will join one of our key business functions: Finance, HR & Administration, Marketing, Operations, or Procurement. You will work closely with our local teams and management while also supporting communication and collaboration with international stakeholders across the J&T network.

This is a Mandarin-speaking position. Fluency in Mandarin is required.

The role is based in Nieder-Olm, Rhineland-Palatinate.

Your Responsibilities

• Support one of our key business functions: Finance, HR & Administration, Marketing, Operations, or Procurement
• Take an active role in day-to-day business activities as well as ongoing projects
• Work closely with local teams, management, and international stakeholders
• Support communication and coordination between our German organization and Mandarin-speaking colleagues
• Prepare analyses, reports, presentations, and decision-making materials
• Support the development and improvement of internal processes and structures
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and gradually assume greater responsibility
• Contribute your own ideas and support practical solutions in a fast-growing business environment

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Fluent in Mandarin and business fluent in either English or German
• Recent graduates and candidates with first professional experience are welcome to apply
• First practical experience through internships, working student positions, or similar roles is an advantage
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
• High level of initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and confidence working across different teams and cultures
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in working in an international and fast-growing logistics environment
• Applicants must already have valid authorization to reside and work in Germany for this position
