About J&T Express
J&T Express is a rapidly growing international logistics company with a strong focus on express delivery, e-commerce, and technology-driven logistics solutions.
As we continue to expand our operations and last-mile network in Germany, we are looking for a PUDO Specialist (m/f/d) to support the development and management of our Pick-Up and Drop-Off (PUDO) network in the Munich region.
In this role, you will play an important part in building and developing a reliable network of parcel shops and pickup points while working closely with internal operations teams and external partners.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the development and expansion of the J&T Express PUDO network
- Identify and approach potential parcel shop and pickup-point partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new PUDO partners
- Support the onboarding of new locations and ensure smooth implementation
- Coordinate operational topics between PUDO partners and internal departments
- Monitor the performance and service quality of pickup and drop-off locations
- Support partners with operational questions, processes, and daily challenges
- Identify opportunities to improve network coverage and customer convenience
- Analyze location, volume, and performance data to support network expansion
- Work closely with Operations, Last Mile, Network Planning, Customer Service, and other relevant teams
- Support contract administration, documentation, and partner-related processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PUDO processes and service standards
Your Profile
- Professional experience in logistics, parcel delivery, last mile, retail partnerships, e-commerce, network development, or a comparable field
- Previous experience with PUDO networks, parcel shops, pickup points, or last-mile operations is highly desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Commercial mindset combined with a hands-on operational approach
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple partners and priorities
- Good analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and operational data
- Willingness to travel locally within the region when required
- German: very good professional working proficiency – essential
The role requires regular communication with local German-speaking partners as well as international colleagues and stakeholders. Therefore, strong skills in both German and English are required.
