Experience in Building and Utilities systems, maintenance governance, budget and contractor management, safety compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement is preferred. /liliVery good command of and English, both written and spoken. /liliStrong knowledge of building and utilities systems, maintenance governance, and infrastructure services, with the ability to set priorities, manage budgets and resources, and oversee maintenance performance. Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI is an advantage.
