Our marketing team is focused on performance-driven growth leveraging paid media, data analysis, and creative strategies to acquire new users. To support our expansion, we are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager to help manage acquisition campaigns, oversee content needs, and contribute to key marketing projects.
Your Tasks
- Manage and optimize our user acquisition channels such as paid social media (Meta, Pinterest).
- Launch, monitor, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns to improve performance and achieve company objectives.
- Coordinate ad creatives (static & video ads) by requesting, overseeing, and ensuring high-quality assets for campaigns.
- Source, organize, and deploy UGC (User-Generated Content) ads to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads, offline marketing, and other acquisition channels.
- Assist in various user acquisition projects to help the company achieve growth objectives.
Your Strengths
- Previous experience in performance marketing, either from a working student role, internship, or previous job.
- A strong interest in performance marketing and digital advertising.
- Basic knowledge or experience with Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads.
- Knowledge of tools such as Analytics, Google Suite, and the various Ads Managers.
- An eye for content quality, understanding what makes engaging static and video ads.
- Good written skills to support content creation for ads and marketing campaigns.
- Motivated, detail-oriented team player who is eager to grow.
- Familiarity with UGC in paid advertising is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of campaign performance metrics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Native in German and fluent in English (written and spoken).
