Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. /p pThe Account Manager supports the Team and the Relationship Managers (RMs) with all tasks related to servicing Private Banking clients. /p pResponsibilities include order placement, handling of client requests, execution of trades and providing administrative support to the team. /p pThe role offers an opportunity to develop into a Junior Relationship Manager role in the mid to long term. /p h3YOUR CHALLENGE /h3 h3Client Administration Management /h3 ul liSupports the RM and team in client interaction in all respects /li liResponds to incoming calls and takes prompt action /li liMaintains and updates records of client instructions, details, and preferences. Creates system-based reports for the RM /li liProvides clients with verbal and/or written information and data, giving neither advice nor any statement of opinion as value judgement /li liProcesses orders, trades, transactions, payments placement (outside e-channels) and handles and executes clients’ requests /li /ul h3Business Management /h3 ul liOrganises and follows up client meetings, including logistics and document preparation /li liSupports the RM in investigations and troubleshooting, maintaining close bank-internal cross-team/unit collaboration /li /ul h3Risk Management /h3 ul liFull adherence at all times to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations and policies /li liActs as the first line of risk defence, through raising concerns, following up on issues and escalating as necessary /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liExcellent organisational skills, able to work swiftly, independently within the Assistant RM scope and accurately even when under pressure /li liProactive, friendly, team player and solution-oriented /li liImpeccable presentation and communication skills /li liStrong integrity, ethics and risk awareness combined with solid client-focused mindset /li liFoundational knowledge of financial markets: structure, function and legal/regulatory environment as well as industry awareness /li liStrong fluency in Spanish and English (oral and written) /li liVery good MS Office skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
