Overview In this role you shape and elevate Julius Baer’s visual expression across campaigns and brand touchpoints. You translate briefs into compelling visual concepts that align with brand strategy and business objectives. You work closely with the branding team, campaign managers, and agencies to deliver distinctive, high‑quality communications. You champion brand consistency while evolving assets and design systems to strengthen long‑term brand equity. Verantwortungsbereiche Develop creative concepts and visual territories for integrated advertising campaigns Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual ideas Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, and agencies to create storytelling platforms Develop and evolve distinctive brand assets, visual devices, and creative mechanics Act as guardian of the brand’s visual identity and ensure consistency across communications Drive development and application of brand assets, design systems, and guidelines Manage creative development from concept through final delivery with agencies and production partners Provide clear creative direction and quality control across all assets and campaign materials Zentrale Anforderungen Bachelor in Graphic Design 3–5 years in art direction, advertising, visual design, or brand communications Strong portfolio in campaign and brand development Experience collaborating with agencies, creative teams, and production partners Experience across digital and print channels Experience in financial services, luxury, premium, or professional services brands is a plus Strong creative and conceptual thinking Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail Strong communication and presentation skills Art direction and creative concept development Visual storytelling and advertising design Brand identity and design systems
