We are looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager / Account Manager Private Banking for our location in Basel, to support our Private Banking teams in delivering outstanding client service.
The Assistant Relationship Manager provides daily operational and administrative support to two dedicated Relationship Managers, including client correspondence, scheduling, preparation of meeting materials, and coordination across internal departments.
The role focuses on enabling smooth team operations with limited direct client interaction, serving as a critical partner behind the scenes.
The Account Manager Private Banking assumes greater responsibility for the end-to-end operational management of client accounts.
This includes overseeing documentation and compliance requirements, initiating client outreach, and independently managing account-related processes.
With regular direct contact with clients, the AM Private Banking (PB) plays an active role in ensuring service excellence and operational accuracy.
The role requires strong organisational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a discreet, dependable approach.
