Overview In this role you support the timely execution of daily regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinfraG, SRD2 and Bank of Israel rules. You work with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality and resolve reporting breaks, driving accurate client reporting. You contribute to regulatory change initiatives and collaborate with compliance to implement corrective actions. This position sits at the intersection of operations and regulatory oversight, shaping reliable, transparent reporting for a leading wealth manager. Verantwortungsbereiche Execute daily regulatory client reporting in line with EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinfraG and SRD2 requirements Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, initiate corrections and escalate anomalies Collaborate with internal stakeholders and compliance to resolve breaks and implement corrective actions Support business-related change activities Zentrale Anforderungen 2–3 years of operations experience in a financial institution, ideally in regulatory reporting or monitoring Solid understanding of investment products and their characteristics Practical familiarity with European regulations (EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinfraG, SRD2) is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline Fluency in English; German strongly preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with regulatory transaction reporting platforms beneficial collaboration across teams attention to detail ability to escalate and resolve issues adaptability to regulatory changes Microsoft Excel regulatory transaction reporting platforms
