Overview
In this role you enable sustainable growth by coordinating between central functions and the Market Intermediaries Western Switzerland & Americas. You drive alignment, streamline governance, and support front-line leaders to execute global initiatives at market level. You will organize leadership meetings, track actions, and translate directives into local action. This position offers impact across strategy, operations, and cross-functional collaboration in a leading wealth management firm.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide front-line operational support to the Market Head Intermediaries and senior stakeholders
- Organize Management Committees, business reviews and strategy sessions; track actions and ensure accountability
- Coordinate between Intermediaries segment and central functions (Compliance, IT, Marketing, Operations)
- Manage implementation of bank-wide projects and regulatory changes at market level with timelines and quality
- Represent Intermediaries in cross-functional groups and contribute market perspectives to strategies and solutions
- Receive, evaluate and prepare centrally driven topics for local adaptation and distribution; disseminate directives to frontline units
- Monitor execution progress, identify roadblocks, and report back to central stakeholders
- Act as first point of contact for frontline inputs, consolidate market content for central action
- Develop presentations, briefing notes, and decision dossiers; identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Step in as deputy to handle key business tasks during absences or busy periods
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline (Master’s degree considered advantageous)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services with operational and strategic coordination exposure
- Prior experience in business management, executive support, or intermediary-facing roles preferred
- Solid understanding of Swiss banking practices, regulatory expectations, and front-office workflows
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear summaries
- Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English; additional fluency in Spanish and/or German beneficial
