Our Global Mobility team is responsible for providing fair and consistent standards and guidelines for international assignments, advises stakeholders on business cases and supports assignees in the preparation and realisation of their international transfers. /p h3YOUR CHALLENGE /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and day-to-day administration of the existing Global Mobility program serving as a key contact point for stakeholders on mobility policy and processes /li liAssist with the full lifecycle of international assignments and transfers (e.g. approval process, remuneration package, assignee briefing, implementation) with management support on complex queries /li liSupport assignment cost management and assist with policy exceptions according to internal governance processes /li liAdminister global social security, pension, risk, and health insurance coverage for mobile employees /li liCoordinate immigration and work permit applications with local HR and external service providers /li liContribute to the annual compensation review and year-end sourcing of deferred compensation and equity awards for cross-border employees and international assignees /li liAssist with vendor management, including initiating external vendor services and monitoring service delivery quality (e.g. tax services, relocation services, immigration, global health coverage) /li liAdminister international pension, risk, and health plans, including new member registration, member de-registration, and interaction with members and HR stakeholders /li liSupport continuous improvement and scalability of Global Mobility processes, templates, and tools, leveraging automation and HR systems /li liContribute to Global Mobility projects and cross-functional initiatives, including business travel compliance support/deputisation and collaboration with HR and Talent stakeholders on internal mobility initiatives /li liProvide support on cross-border income tax and social security topics within the organisation, consulting senior team members as needed /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 h3Personal /h3 ul liYou can set priorities, meet deadlines, and work accurately even when under time pressure /li liYou are a results-driven critical thinker who can manage ambiguity and an evolving environment /li liYou are trustworthy, self-aware, reliable, honest, and fair /li liYou have the ability to balance people-oriented needs and company interests /li liYou have a strong service orientation and sense of accountability /li liYou solve business issues with a hands-on attitude /li liYou thrive in a collaborative and diverse work environment with everyone working towards a shared purpose /li liYou are enthusiastic about achieving results within a team and can also work independently /li liYou interact with stakeholders professionally and handle sensitive discussions with discretion /li /ul h3Professional Technical /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or equivalent in banking, finance, business administration, economics, or human resources /li liMinimum 3 years of professional experience in Global Mobility is a must - preferably in a larger, multinational company or in a consultant capacity /li liGood understanding of current international assignment types /li liGood understanding of shadow payroll and Swiss income tax; broader cross-border tax exposure is a plus /li liKnowledge of global tax and social security systems and associated issues arising in cross-border taxation /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
