Overview In this role you lead a team shaping and extending the global platform provisioning for strategic process and content management. You will deliver Change the Bank demand while keeping two platforms stable across multiple instances. You’ll transform platforms into global Target Operating Models with multi-country workforce and near-shore or managed services. You drive modern, innovative platform services in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. You work across locations to build an efficient engineering culture and governance. Verantwortungsbereiche Lead a team of Flowable Technology Specialists and manage capacity and demand for multiple instances across banking domains Deliver and operate business applications on these platforms Establish and develop delivery teams across Switzerland and Spain to enable cross-site collaboration and a modern platform strategy Budget and manage costs for Flowable and Censhare including vendor and license management; explore near-shoring for efficiency Ensure high-quality technical delivery with an engineering culture and modern development practices for IT projects Maintain governance through clear policies, accountability, and transparent decision-making Promote COO values (Trust, Ambition, Collaboration, Courage) and model compliant behavior Zentrale Anforderungen Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field Proven leadership experience in IT, including people management and development Technical leadership in platform engineering and modernization; experience with Software Development, Cloud, GitLab Ability to coordinate deliveries across platforms and domains; strong project management skills Visionary mindset to shape strategic initiatives and foster collaboration across locations Hands-on understanding of modern BPM platform technologies (e.g. Flowable, Censhare, Typo3) Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to change Ability to motivate across teams and cultures leadership cross-cultural collaboration effective communication Flowable Censhare Typo3
