The role offers active involvement throughout the investment process, from reviewing investment opportunities and conducting due diligence to supporting execution and monitoring portfolio investments. /p pWe are seeking an individual with strong analytical capabilities and corporate finance skills who is looking to build a long‑term career in private equity investing. /p pFirst experience in private equity, structured finance, MA, transaction services, valuation advisory or a similar corporate finance role is particularly relevant. /p h3bYOUR CHALLENGE /b /h3 pInvestment analysis and due diligence: /p ul lipEvaluate and screen private equity buyout co-investment opportunities alongside financial sponsors /p /li lipPerform detailed financial analysis, including valuation analysis and LBO modelling /p /li lipReview commercial, financial, legal and tax due diligence materials and identify key investment risks and value creation opportunities /p /li lipPrepare investment committee presentations along with due diligence findings and present to internal investment committees /p /li /ul pDeal execution and transaction support: /p ul lipSupport the execution of private equity co-investment transactions from initial screening through closing /p /li lipReview transaction structures, financing arrangements and legal documentation /p /li lipSupport the coordination of transaction processes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders /p /li /ul pPortfolio monitoring and reporting and others: /p ul lipMonitor the performance of existing investments through financial analysis and regular portfolio reviews /p /li lipAssist with special projects on an as‑needed basis /p /li /ul h3bYOUR PROFILE /b /h3 pEducation and experience: /p ul lipBachelor or Master degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field with strong academic credentials /p /li lip1-5 years of relevant experience in private equity, structured finance, MA, transaction services, valuation advisory or a similar corporate finance role is particularly relevant /p /li lipFluency in English is required, additional European languages are a plus /p /li /ul pTechnical skills: /p ul lipAdvanced corporate finance and financial analysis skills /p /li lipStrong financial modelling skills with knowledge of leveraged buyouts transactions /p /li lipAbility to analyse capital structures, financing arrangements and transaction documentation /p /li lipStrong critical thinking as well as quantitative and analytical skills /p /li /ul pSoft skills: /p ul lipTeam-oriented professional with a diligent and hands‑on approach to completing tasks independently /p /li lipStrong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously /p /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
