Responsibilities
Payments investigations with internal parties (Front colleagues, Compliance) and external parties (international branches and our Correspondent banks) via telephone, email and SWIFT.
Documenting and solving cases in the internal case management application in line with regulatory requirements.
Analyzing and processing open cash positions (reconciliation).
Preparing and processing internal reversals.
First-level filtering: real-time sanction hit handling of false-positive matches with escalation of full and close matches to second-level Compliance.
Qualifications
Profound knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA and SIC payments processing and ISO20022 messages.
Seeking new challenges, continuous changes and ongoing improvements.
Strong team-player with a can-do attitude.
Solution-oriented and intrinsically motivated to deliver a tailor-made service for our clients.
High attention to detail combined with proven problem-solving skills.
