Overview In this role you own the Position Management and Portfolio Analysis platform (Temenos Triple A) and define the product vision, strategy, and delivery roadmap. You collaborate with business, IT, and architecture leaders to drive value across the digital ecosystem and ensure scalable, resilient solutions. You lead cross-functional teams in a SAFe environment, prioritise high-value capabilities, and govern acceptance testing. This position shapes the platform to deliver insight, performance analytics, and enhanced client and internal experiences. Verantwortungsbereiche Own the Position Management and Portfolio Analysis platform end-to-end, balancing feature delivery, tech improvements, and production stability Define a clear, multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and technology standards Collaborate with business partners, architects, and engineering to prioritise and deliver capabilities such as valuation methods, performance attribution, risk-adjusted returns, and cash flow analytics Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination within SAFe, ensuring timely, quality delivery Serve as primary liaison between business and tech stakeholders across geographies, enabling decision-making Champion DevOps and continuous improvement to enhance resilience, scalability, and automation Act as final gatekeeper during UAT to ensure compliance, performance, and usability requirements Zentrale Anforderungen Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Business Administration ≥5 years of product ownership/management experience, ideally in wealth or asset management Solid understanding of portfolio accounting concepts and transaction processing Hands-on experience with Temenos Triple A preferred Proven track record delivering complex technical projects using Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and DevOps Experience managing distributed global teams; familiarity with APAC/EMEA delivery models advantageous Strong analytical mindset with precise communication; ability to influence without authority Fluent in English; other languages a plus Strong communication (verbal and written) Ability to influence without direct authority Cross-functional collaboration across geographies Temenos Triple A platform Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) DevOps practices
