Overview As Senior Analysis Delivery Lead, you will drive a strategic execution service transformation, including migrating the Frankfurt desk to the target EMS and implementing FX Risk Transfer capabilities. You will bridge Business, Technology and Operations, coordinating Avaloq, custody migration, and external partners under tight timelines. You shape end-to-end delivery and operational readiness for the future in-house execution service. This role combines analysis, solution design, and delivery leadership to manage significant interdependencies and risk. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver impact at scale and align stakeholders around a common operating model. Verantwortungsbereiche Lead requirements definition, target-state design, and delivery coordination for execution service and FX workstreams Support migration of the Frankfurt desk onto the target EMS and implementation of the future operating model Ensure alignment across Business, Technology, Operations, local Germany platform teams, Avaloq, custody migration, and external providers Act as primary SME bridging business requirements and technology delivery, driving stakeholder alignment Coordinate end-to-end system integration, testing, migration planning, operating model readiness, and business adoption activities Proactively manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery Zentrale Anforderungen Extensive experience delivering trading, execution, FX, capital markets, and platform transformation initiatives Strong analytical, technical, and business expertise; ability to translate requirements for diverse stakeholders Proven track record leading end-to-end system integration and target operating model implementations Solid understanding of execution services, trading workflows, FX products, custody processes, and order lifecycle Experience delivering large-scale programmes with Agile and traditional governance Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align executives, business, and vendors Proven capability to manage complex, high-risk programmes under tight timelines Strong resilience, delivery focus, and ability to handle competing priorities University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of financial markets, execution services, FX products, and post-trade operations Certifications in project delivery, business analysis, change management, Agile, or project management are advantageous Excellent communication and problem-solving skills stakeholder management resilience under pressure ownership mindset Agile delivery Waterfall governance Avaloq
