In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional squads, contribute to test strategy and execution, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices within an Agile environment. /p h3YOUR CHALLENGE /h3 h3Test Automation /h3 ul liDevelop and enhance test automation frameworks and scripts (UI, API and Mobile) /li liDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines /li liCollaborate with fellow testers to improve testing tools, methodologies, and services /li liPromote best practices in QA and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Quality Assurance Test Management /h3 ul liReview and analyse user stories to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability /li liContribute to backlog refinement from a testing and quality perspective /li liCollaborate with squads to define test strategies, test plans, and coverage /li liExecute test cases and document results in line with audit and compliance requirements /li liIdentify, log, and track defects with clear and structured documentation /li liProvide timely feedback to squads as part of continuous delivery /li /ul h3Collaboration Delivery Support /h3 ul liWork closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve defects /li liEnsure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle /li liParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies (PI planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) /li liSupport squads in validating functional and workflow behavior across interconnected systems /li /ul h3Production Support Release Management /h3 ul liSupport deployment activities and transition of changes into production /li liPerform post-release validation and production testing /li liAssist in knowledge transfer and training of support teams /li liProvide troubleshooting support for issues identified post-deployment /li /ul h3Regulatory Responsibilities Risk Management ul liDemonstrate adherence to organizational values, including integrity, due diligence, and accountability /li liEnsure all testing activities meet audit, compliance, and regulatory standards /li liContribute to risk mitigation by identifying defects early and ensuring robust validation processes /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline /li liProven experience as an Automation Quality Assurance Tester, preferably in financial services; ISTQB or related certifications are advantageous /li liProficiency in Java with experience across all test levels (unit to end-to-end) /li liProven experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Appium) across UI and API tiers on Desktop, WebApp, and Mobile platforms /li liStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and QA practices /li liExperience testing both in-house developed and vendor-based applications /li liSolid understanding of functional workflows across interconnected systems /li liKnowledge of financial messaging standards with domain expertise in Markets Trading /li liExperience with Jenkins, Maven, and Oracle SQL; exposure to test management tools like X-ray is a plus /li liStrong analytical and communication skills, self-motivated, collaborative across global teams, with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn continuously /li /ul /h3 #J-18808-Ljbffr
