Overview
In this role you service bank employees, owning account administration and daily operations. You work independently with clients and internal/external stakeholders to manage orders, trades, and documentation while ensuring high service quality. You act as a go-to expert for account processes, continuously improving how we support clients in a fast, professional environment. Verantwortungsbereiche
- service clients in day-to-day work and manage full account relationships on an execution-only basis
- handle incoming inquiries and promptly process orders, trades, transactions, deposits, and loans
- manage account openings and changes with high-quality documentation and KYC requirements
- interact with clients globally in a professional, independent manner
- lead client relationship activities and related tasks (systems, processes, documents) with precision and timely responses
- oversee internal projects affecting account relationships and keep systems and documentation updated
- organize work efficiently, plan ahead, and share findings to improve processes and productivity
- develop subject-matter expertise on business products, processes, and operations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years as Assistant RM or 3+ years as Account Manager / ARM with relevant higher degree
- excellent written and spoken German and English; additional Italian or French a plus
- deep knowledge of banking, client servicing, and asset classes in a portfolio context
- experience as ARM or AM
