The Art Director is responsible for shaping and elevating the visual expression of the brand across advertising campaigns, marketing initiatives, and key brand touchpoints. The role develops compelling creative concepts and visual narratives that bring the brand strategy to life and create distinctive, memorable, and effective communications.Working closely with the campaign manager, the branding team, and agencies, the Art Director ensures that all creative output meets the highest standards of design excellence, supports business objectives, and strengthens long-term brand equity.YOUR CHALLENGECreative Concept Development:Develop creative concepts and visual territories for integrated advertising campaignsTranslate strategic briefs and business objectives into compelling visual ideasCollaborate with copywriters, creative teams, and agencies to create engaging storytelling and campaign platformsDevelop and evolve distinctive brand assets, recurring visual devices, and creative mechanics that increase recognisability, memorability, and differentiation across all campaignsBrand Stewardship:Act as a guardian of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all communications and touchpointsDrive the development and application of brand assets, design systems, and creative guidelinesHelp evolve the visual expression of the brand while maintaining consistency and recognisabilityCampaign and Marketing Collaboration:Manage creative development from concept through final deliveryProvide clear creative direction to agencies, photographers, designers, and production partnersEnsure quality control across all produced assets and campaign materialsYOUR PROFILEEducation:Bachelor’s degree in: Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art Direction or a related disciplineFluent in English, German is a plusExperience:3-5 years of experience in art direction, advertising, visual design, or brand communicationsStrong portfolio demonstrating excellence in campaign and brand developmentExperience collaborating with agencies, creative teams, and production partnersExperience across digital and print channelsExperience in financial services, luxury, premium, or professional services brands is a plusTechnical Skills:Art direction and creative concept developmentVisual storytelling and advertising designBrand identity and design systemsCreative asset production across digital and print mediaPersonal Skills:Strong creative and conceptual thinkingExcellent visual judgement and attention to detailStrong communication and presentation skillsCollaborative approach and ability to build relationships across teamsAbility to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environmentWe arelooking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
