Overview
In this role you lead strategic ERP and finance transformation projects in an international SAP S/4HANA environment, aligning initiatives with the bank’s strategy and goals. You drive agile delivery, ensuring efficient SAP landscape development and seamless integration with the core banking system. You collaborate with finance units to oversee requirements, roadmaps and test cases, and you report progress to Management. The role combines business analysis, project management, and change-driven execution in a dynamic, global setting.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead strategic projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with strategy and goals
- Manage SAP S/4HANA and finance transformation initiatives in an international environment
- Support development and integration of financial systems with the core-banking system
- Perform business analysis including data flows, roadmaps, timelines, requirements and test cases
- Maintain regular communication with Management on project status, scope, time and cost
- Coordinate with finance units (Group Tax, Tax, Management Accounting, IT-Operations, Payroll) for governance and alignment
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Strong SAP knowledge (FI/CO/AA/AP/AR/MM/SD/MCA/Arriba/TRM/RE-FX/VIM)
- Several years’ experience as business analyst and project manager in international SAP S/4HANA implementations and core-banking projects
- Banking domain experience in Financial Accounting in an international environment (advantage)
- Knowledge of SAP FI-GL, core-banking interfaces, multi-currency accounting, vendor invoice management and/or Ariba (advantage)
- Experience in digitalization and SAP-core banking integration
- Good knowledge of engineering and change management
- Proficiency in finance-related IT applications and MS Office
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
