Overview
As a key member of the Analytics & Visualization team in GPS, you translate business needs into data-driven insights and deliver measurable impact. You’ll collaborate with front office, business managers, and data engineers to ensure high-quality outputs. Your work includes designing Tableau dashboards and supporting data-driven decision making across the organization. This role offers hands-on exposure to data shaping, visualization, and cross-functional collaboration in wealth management.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Translate business needs into analytics use cases and actionable recommendations
- Source, prepare, validate and analyze data using SQL, Python, and Dataiku
- Collaborate with data engineering and modelling teams to ensure data quality and effective reporting
- Design, maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate findings
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and cross-functional collaboration between business and technology teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Tableau or a similar BI/visualisation platform
- Knowledge in financial services or wealth management is a plus
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Understanding of data modelling concepts and analytical best practices
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and domains
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Tableau or similar BI/visualisation platform
