Overview
In this role you guide the application landscape in a dynamic IT environment, ensuring cost transparency and disciplined budgeting. You will analyze data to reveal spend, value, and optimization opportunities, and act as a central coordinator to align stakeholders around key priorities. The position sits at the intersection of IT governance and portfolio management, offering the chance to influence how applications are governed and funded. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape financial discipline and strategic initiatives.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Assist management in steering and governing the application landscape
- Improve transparency of application-related costs and support budgeting and forecasting
- Analyze data to create visibility into spend, value, and optimization opportunities
- Serve as a central point of coordination to align stakeholders and support execution of priorities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Strong experience creating senior-level communication materials (reports and slide decks)
- Experience in structuring and driving RtB and CtB initiatives from strategic IT topics
- Enjoys coordinating between multiple teams and stakeholders
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with business and technical audiences
- Solid understanding of IT environments, application management, and governance processes
- Strong communication, problem solving, social interaction, cross-cultural mindset, empathy, relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
- Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups
- Fluent in English; German beneficial
