The Senior Expert Marketing Effectiveness & Performance is responsible for measuring, optimising, and continuously improving the effectiveness of advertising and marketing activities. The role ensures that campaigns are aligned with business objectives, delivers actionable insights to stakeholders, and drives a culture of data-driven decision-making.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks
- Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Lead performance reporting and dashboards
- Drive test-and-learn and continuous improvement
- Influence decision-making through evidence-based recommendations
- Collaborate across marketing teams and agency partners
YOUR PROFILE
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing, Digital Media, Analytics, Business Administration or a related field
- Additional qualifications in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Market Research, or Digital Marketing are an advantage
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
Experience:
- 8-10+ years in marketing effectiveness, analytics, or performance marketing
- Proven experience in building and institutionalising marketing effectiveness capabilities
- Proven experience in developing measurement frameworks
- Experience measuring integrated campaigns
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in financial services or premium brands preferred
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in marketing effectiveness measurement and campaign performance evaluation
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with analytics, visualisation, and reporting tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau)
Personal Skills:
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Collaborative and influential across functions
