Then we are looking to recruit you as a full-time Manager Laboratory (m/f/x) in Abuja, Nigeria. Your Key Responsibilities Supervise laboratory activities and testing operations Advise management and projects on material engineering matters Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental requirements Manage training and development of laboratory personnel Oversee testing plans, documentation, and reporting Support resolution of material-related non-conformities Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams What can we offer you? Technical Certificate plus 15 years work Experience, Degree in Civil Engineering (bachelor's or master's degree, diploma) or as Construction Materials Engineer will be an advantage 10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in leading a construction material laborator Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage teams, multiple tasks, and deadlines Good knowledge of material testing, standards, and quality requirements English Language Skills at least B2/ better C1 Apply and join our team!
