Jung von Matt HAMBURG is looking for a Creative Director Social Media (d/f/m) in full time to lead our dynamic team in crafting innovative and engaging social media campaigns.The tasks:Develop and execute creative social media strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity.Lead a team of social media specialists and content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Analyze social media trends and metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.Present creative concepts and campaign results to clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their goals.About you:Proven experience in social media strategy and creative direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable insights.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
