Description The Interim Corporate Communications Manager 80% is responsible for maintaining Jungbunzlauer's corporate communications activities during a maternity leave period. The role ensures continuity across primarily external communication activities. Key responsibilities include corporate website management, social media communications, sustainability communications, media relations, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Responsibilities Corporate Brand Management

Ensure consistency in branding, messaging and visual identity across all communication channels, acting as a trusted advisor on corporate brand guidelines.

Support the preparation of corporate presentations and communication materials.

Support the implementation and external activation of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in collaboration with HR and regional teams, ensuring consistent employer branding across key communication channels.

External Communications

Develop, draft, review and publish external communication materials, including press releases, corporate news, website content and other corporate publications.

Distribute press materials, coordinate responses to media enquiries in collaboration with leadership and escalates sensitive issues to senior management when required.

Identify and develop storytelling and communication opportunities that strengthen Jungbunzlauer's corporate reputation and visibility, including strategic initiatives, business milestones, sustainability achievements and other relevant topics.

Support the development of communication materials related to business-critical topics, regulatory developments, market changes and customer communications.

Monitor potential reputational issues and escalates concerns to senior leadership as required

Digital Communications

Maintain and update the corporate website to ensure it is user-friendly, up to date and reflective of the corporate brand, including the publication of news articles

Coordinate website changes with external agencies and internal stakeholders.

Develop, maintain and execute the LinkedIn content calendar, including the planning, creation and publication of content.

Monitor performance and support ongoing optimisation activities to improve reach and engagement

Sustainability Communications

Identify and develop communication opportunities related to sustainability initiatives, achievements and reporting, coordinating closely with the Sustainability team on priorities and approvals

Create and publish sustainability-related content across communication channels and integrate sustainability messaging into corporate communications

Internal Stakeholder & Agency Coordination

Coordinate content creation with internal subject matter experts and collaborate with HR, Sustainability, and other functions on communication projects.

Coordinate external service providers and agencies.

Ensure communication projects are delivered on time and within agreed priorities.

Reporting and Administration

Maintain communication calendars and planning documents.

Track communication activities and performance indicators.

Monitor the external communications budget, ensuring efficient resource use

Qualifications

Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or content management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience in managing websites (ideally Wordpress) and LinkedIn.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.

Experience in working with external agencies is an advantage.
