Responsibilities include:

• Leadership: Lead the Regulatory Affairs Team (Pharma).
• Cross Function: Serve as a regulatory key/interface for internal and external stakeholders such as partners, customers, and regulatory authorities (global).
• Project Coordination: Be a proactive member of project teams (product development/launch, entering new markets) to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Regulation: Define, communicate, and implement clear regulatory strategies (customer and country-specific).
• Documentation: Create and review product documentation and dossiers as well as regulatory documents and information management.
• Digitalization: Further develop the digitalization strategy in regulatory affairs.
• Audits: Support regulatory audits.

Your profile

• University degree (Master or PhD) in food science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a comparable field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in regulatory affairs pharma.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of regulations, guidelines, and policy statements to align with company goals.
• Experience working with authorities in the pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and intuition.
• Ability to drive decisions and organize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
