Responsibilities

• Empower teams and leaders to drive continuous improvement, and facilitate organisational transformation through coaching, enablement, and effective workshop delivery.
• Coach teams and stakeholders in agile principles and practices.
• Design and deliver workshops on agile, hybrid and classical project-management.
• Enable cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate alignment sessions and interactive formats.
• Preparation of training materials.
• Guide teams in value delivery and outcome measurement.
• Foster stakeholder engagement through effective facilitation.

Qualifications

• Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Qualifications: Coaching and enablement, Workshop design and facilitation, Change management, Stakeholder management.
• Experience with: Agile Transformation, Jira & Confluence, Power-BI, Miro, E-Training tools (e.g., Articulate Rise).
• Advanced English skills (German will be a big plus).
