Senior People Business Partner (Fully Remote)

• Serve as a trusted advisor and hands‑on partner to managers, helping them navigate people challenges and make sound decisions.
• Support performance management, including performance conversations, PIP design, and calibration.
• Own employee relations casework and study engagement data to develop action plans.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of PBP or generalist HR experience, ideally at a fast-growing tech or financial services company.
• Solid grounding in performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
• Skilled at translating data into actionable recommendations with best-in-class communication skills.
