Job Description As an Assistant Relationship Manager/ Client Service Manager in our Geneva's office, you will play a key role in supporting Relationship Managers in the day-to-day management of client relationships while contributing to the development of Jupiter's wealth management platform in Switzerland.

You will work closely with senior Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors, and operational teams to ensure a high level of service and execution for our international client base.

Your primary responsibilities will include: Managing the client onboarding lifecycle, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and timely turnaround of account opening requests.

Coordinating and monitoring the execution of client instructions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely communication with all stakeholders.

Supporting Relationship Managers in periodic client reviews, ongoing due diligence exercises, and suitability assessments.

Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external client queries, ensuring prompt resolution and a high standard of service.

Maintaining comprehensive records of client interactions, requests, and resolutions in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Assisting in the review and maintenance of client portfolio information and documentation.

Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes, service quality, and client experience.

Coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective client support.

Supporting adherence to FINMA regulations, AML requirements, sanctions controls, client classification, and suitability standards.

Monitoring service quality standards and escalating issues where appropriate to ensure an exceptional client experience.
