We\’re looking for someone who\’s passionate about using mathematical methods to solve business challenges and thrives on tackling complex, ambiguous problems to drive measurable impact. You\’ll need to take initiative and work proactively, bring creativity to your problem-solving approach, and be eager to go beyond the numbers to truly understand what makes our players tick. Tasks Simulate user behaviour using tools such as Monte Carlo simulations to model player journeys at scale Use Machine Learning algorithms for user segmentation, regression and classification tasks Create frameworks and metrics that quantify the relationship between rewards, retention and engagement, with clear visualisations Deep dive into user behavioural data to unearth patterns and inflection points connecting rewarding and engagement Conduct churn analysis and create a churn propensity score Plan, define, conduct and evaluate A/B tests to drive experimentation-led product development. Manage the testing roadmap Think creatively to find optimal solutions to complex, often unstructured problems Collaborate with Engineering teams to define the data we need to collect for optimal outcomes Requirements Advanced degree in Math, Stats, Econometrics or similar scientific domain, or a bachelor degree with experience equivalent to advanced degree At least 5 years of experience in an analytics role as a product analyst or data scientist focusing on consumer-facing products.
