Who we need
Are you enthusiastic about website and app monetization, managing hundreds of partnerships, and diving into multiple projects? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As an integral member of the team, you’ll support our affiliate and data & insight clients while also taking ownership of select partnerships. You’ll collaborate with the Product team on experiments and A/B testing to refine and improve our product offerings. Your contributions will play a direct role in maintaining our position as the movie and TV industry’s preferred partner. We’re looking for someone who’s both people-oriented and detail-focused, eager to learn, driven to succeed, and talented at building meaningful connections.
What you will be doing
- Support the Partnerships Manager in communications with our affiliate partners, including major players like Prime Video, Disney+, and HBO Max.
- Take ownership of select affiliate partnerships, driving revenue growth, negotiating new agreements, and launching new affiliate partners on JustWatch.
- Manage reporting and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and using insights to steer partnership growth.
- Lead API partnership negotiations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver smooth integrations. Support for new partnership opportunities for the JustWatch Widget rollout.
- Work closely with the Product team to design and test new features, support A/B experiments, and ensure all affiliate integrations run smoothly for releases across the JustWatch website and mobile app.
What we need from you
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, partnerships, affiliate marketing or business development
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills and the ability to build long-standing relationships quickly
- Ability to oversee and prioritise multiple projects and partner requests
- Self-starter with a hands-on attitude and proactive mindset
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights (experience with Excel/Google Sheets and large data sets)
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- English at a native level; German is a big plus
