To strengthen the data team, we are looking for a data engineer with strong analytical skills. As a data engineer, you will transform data into a useful format for analysis and tackle complex technological projects.
Responsibilities
- You like to go end-to-end from requirements gathering, over analysis till the implementation.
- You describe and document the needed solution (estimations, modelling, etc.).
- Develop and deliver the projects within time, scope, and budget.
- Validate together with your process owners the solutions you have built.
- You are open to change and like to challenge the current solution and suggest possible improvements.
Requirements
Master\’s Degree in IT/Business and Information Systems Engineering or clearly demonstrable skills as a Data Engineer/Analyst within the domain of data intelligence.
Experience
- Proven experience (+3 years).
- DBT & Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience in complex analysis and building data pipelines to integrate multiple data sources into data solutions.
- Experience in DWH and architecture assets, both on-premise and in the cloud.
- The ability to model data solutions (Kimball, DataVault, etc.).
- Solid programming skills with ETL and reporting tools as well as Python/SQL querying.
- Familiarity with CI-CD tools is a plus.

- Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English is required, both verbal and written.
