Your mission
- You are responsible for and shape our cross-channel performance strategy in nine countries, including setting and achieving budgets and targets.
- You are responsible for the strategic conception, implementation, and continuous optimization of our acquisition campaigns.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns in full alignment with sales KPIs.
- You increase the success of our campaigns based on typical e-commerce key performance indicators such as conversion rate, CPOs, and ROAS.
- Develop and improve a well-founded, funnel-optimized approach from prospecting and retargeting campaigns.
- Stay proactive in researching and testing new concepts and channels to keep our performance marketing up to date.
- Analyze and document tests and results continuously, building a comprehensive reporting system.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have a degree in marketing, business administration, online marketing, or comparable training. However, practical experience is more important.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in performance marketing or online marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEA; strong expertise in paid social and growth marketing is required.
- Passion for e-commerce and experience in performance marketing for online shops.
- Motivated by KPI-based, goal-oriented work. Familiar with success key figures and campaign analytics.
- Confident in using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Practical experience in other online marketing disciplines is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of KPIs aligned with campaign objectives.
- Ability to empathize with customers and excellent communication skills.
- Structured, conscientious, and focused work approach to achieve set goals.
