Senior Project Manager for Gaming & Esports (d/f/m)

Position

Jung von Matt SPORTS is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager (d/f/m) for our gaming & esports vertical.

The Role

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects independently in alignment with the AcD/CSD.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, acting as a sparring partner across all professional levels.
• Serve as a key interface between the client, creative team, services, and all JvM agencies.
• Develop creative briefs based on received briefings.
• Draft decision reports following client meetings.
• Ensure consistent communication flow to the AcD/CSD.
• Monitor project profitability using SAP.
• Support the creative team in daily operations.
• Plan resources effectively for projects and accounts.
• Maintain status updates and communication with clients.
• Create budgets and cost estimates.
• Oversee production and media plans.

Qualifications

• Proficient in media processing steps, including timing, costs, and feasibility.
• Experience in building and delivering presentations.
• Strong understanding of creativity.
• Interest or knowledge in gaming, esports, and culture marketing.
• Knowledge of communication disciplines.
• Basic understanding of copyright law and buyouts.
• Market research knowledge.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Several years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
