Analyzeprogrammetricsandpreparedata-drivenreportingandrecommendationsforstakeholderswithindefinedproject

Identifyopportunitiesforprocessstandardizationandcontinuousimprovementwithintheprojectscope.
Qualification:

Bachelor’sdegreeorhighereducationwith10+yearsinprogram/projectmanagementininternationalenvironments
-
Provenexperiencemanagingcomplex,cross-functionalprogramswithmultiplestakeholders,includingexternalpartners
-
Strongcommunicationandinfluencingskills,withabilitytoengagedifferentlevelsofseniority,includingleadership
-
Abilitytoactasacoach,fosterteamaccountability,andsupportperformance
-
Confidencetonavigateambiguityandtakedifficultdecisionsinafast-paced,matrixedenvironment
-
Solidunderstandingofproject/programgovernance,financialtracking,andcontinuousimprovementmethodologies–LeanSixSigmaorPMPcertificationisaplus

Experienceinthepharmaceuticalindustryrequired
