SME Electrical & Cybersecurity Expert-Life sciences (NIS 2)

Within a global life-sciences company's Physical Asset Management team, the Global Electrical & Security Expert is the organization's worldwide reference in electricity and security, setting global technical standards for engineering CAPEX projects.

Tasks:

• Define and implement a global strategy for electricity and security across all engineering CAPEX projects and maintenance activities.
• Define and develop technical standards in this domain, integrating safety and green/sustainability aspects.
• Act as the company's expert on pLCA Electrical Safety (SOP and SOP-AI), providing technical support and guidance to all stakeholders.
• Monitor technological developments and identify opportunities to implement innovations across the equipment lifecycle.
• Contribute technical expertise to feasibility studies and conceptual design for new projects, and ensure technical follow-up of projects managed by Engineering, Sites & Facilities.
• Support Physical Asset Management initiatives, including technical assessments and failure analysis.
• Own cybersecurity competencies for the function, including compliance with and implementation of the NIS 2 Directive.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering + ISO 27001:2022 certification.
• Strong technical background in electrical systems, circuits and control systems.
• 10+ years in information security, focused on EU (NIS 2).
• Proven leadership on large, complex international projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
