- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across EMEA manufacturing operations
- Drive factory performance, profitability, cost optimization, and variance analysis
- Manage and align EMEA Finance Controllers with global finance standards
- Evaluate manufacturing footprint changes, make-or-buy decisions, logistics costs, and capital investments
- Deliver executive-level reporting and strategic financial insights
- Partner with Operations and Procurement on cost reduction and efficiency initiatives
- Enhance FP&A processes, KPI frameworks, and financial governance
- Lead financial analysis for strategic projects, investments, and transformation programs
- Mentor finance teams and drive performance across the region
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Finance Leadership, FP&A, or Controlling
- Strong manufacturing background (MedTech experience is a plus)
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost accounting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and EMEA GAAP
- Solid SAP Finance experience; Hyperion (HFM) is advantageous
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing senior finance professionals
- Fluent English required; German is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
